Hmm.. gusto ko lang open to sa group natin. Para mabigyan natin ng recognition ang ating mga masi2pag at loyal na member. Ala ako maisip na paraan or way para pakita sa inyo na appreciated ko ang mga effort nyo d2 sa ating humble group.
I decided to divide this into two category. For the commander and for the members.
Ayoko na ituring itong isang kumpetisyon, but in case na gnun ang dating nawa'y gawin natin itong healthy competition. Pero for me this is one way of giving credits sa inyong support sa ating group.
Yun mga active member at talagang madaming contribution d2 satin. They will have the opportunity to gain high ranks. So aside from our commander, every division will have their own ranks. Kung may maisip pa kau mas maganda sabihin niyo lang.
Start natin ang poll for the most outstanding commander of the month.
Hope lahat mag participate.
